This policy applies to the marketing website at courtreservation.at and — where described — to use of the platform at app.courtreservation.io and associated club subdomains.

3. Data processing on this website
When you visit our marketing website, technically necessary data is automatically collected and stored in server log files. This may include:
- IP address (truncated or full, depending on hosting)
- Date and time of access
- Page or file accessed
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data is processed solely to ensure smooth operation, system security, and technical administration.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you access the site, personal data (especially IP address and access time) may be processed on Vercel servers. Vercel may also process data in the USA. Where required, transfers are based on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Cookies
This marketing website currently does not use tracking or marketing cookies. When switching to the platform (app.courtreservation.io), technically necessary cookies are used there — especially for login (session cookie) and language selection.
6. Contact
If you contact us via the contact form or email, the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, subject, message content) is processed to handle your request. Data is deleted once your request has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Use of the Court Reservation platform
If you register on our platform or use it as a member, administrator, or operator, we additionally process personal data required to operate the service. This may include:
- Master data (name, email address, password hash)
- Organization and club data
- Booking and reservation data
- Membership and role information
- Payment data for subscriptions or guest bookings
- Uploaded content (e.g. logos, images)
Processing is based on contract performance or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in secure platform operation (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR).
8. Processors and third-party providers
To provide Court Reservation, we use the following service providers that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Vercel — hosting and web application delivery
- Supabase — database hosting (PostgreSQL)
- Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions and guest player bookings
- Resend — transactional email delivery (e.g. registration, invitations, notifications)
- Vercel Blob — storage of uploaded files (logos, images)
We have the legally required agreements under Art. 28 GDPR with all processors. Payment data is processed directly via Stripe; we do not store full credit card details.
9. Retention period
Personal data is stored only as long as necessary for the respective purposes or as required by law. Server log data for the marketing website is generally retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.
Account data on the platform is stored for the duration of the usage relationship. After termination, data is deleted unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. tax law) apply.

Under applicable data protection law, you have in particular the following rights:
