Combine Court Reservation and AI: just ask instead of looking everything up

“How many hours was Court 1 booked this week?”
“Which courts are still free tomorrow afternoon?”
The answers to questions like these are already in Court Reservation. What's new: you can now connect Court Reservation directly to ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants and simply ask for the information in chat. That's what the new Court Reservation MCP Connector is for.
Instead of opening a report or navigating through different views, you just ask your questions in chat.
You can query information about court bookings, occupancy, your own reservations, events, the challenge pyramid, and members — always within the permissions of your Court Reservation user.
Good to know: the Court Reservation MCP Connector is based on the open MCP standard, so it works with any application that supports MCP.
A real-world example
Club chair Tina needs to tell the board at short notice how heavily the courts were used this week.
She can simply ask her AI assistant:
“How many hours were booked on the padel courts this week?”
She gets the answer directly in the AI assistant. Then she can have the information processed right away:
“Summarize that as a short weekly report for the board that I can send on.”
In a few seconds, Tina goes from Court Reservation data to something she can use immediately.
A tip: if you already use AI assistants more intensively, you can simplify these flows even further — for example with a skill that defines how a weekly report should be written. Then an instruction like “prepare last week's court report” is enough. The assistant fetches the Court Reservation data it needs through the connection to Court Reservation.
Not just querying — capturing as well
The MCP Connector can also help with certain tasks in Court Reservation.
If you want to practice with the ball machine, you might tell your AI assistant:
“Book Court 2 tomorrow at 6 pm and add the ball machine.”
The booking is created directly in Court Reservation.
Combine Court Reservation data with other tools
If your AI assistant is also connected to other apps such as your calendar, it can bring information from several sources together.
You could ask, for example:
“When do I have time for a match next week?”
The assistant can combine your calendar entries with the bookings and free courts in Court Reservation and suggest suitable times.
Privacy and security
The MCP Connector only accesses Court Reservation data within the permissions of the respective Court Reservation user. Before you use it, check which privacy and security rules apply to AI assistants in your club.
Note. The MCP Connector is available for all Court Reservation accounts — regardless of plan.
